I enjoyed the discount given to us in store. I also liked my health coverage.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No one truly brings and air of negativity. Everyone is positive and workers towards the good things instead of dwelling on the bad. This mentality is contagious.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along and respect each other. We understand that everyone needs breaks and time to themselves but also need to be motivated to be a good worker.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like how quick and easy it was to set up and I could pick the most convenient time for me and they understand that I have a life outside of work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how there's several of them and each tries their best to recognize you as a person and as a worker. They try to remember everyone's shifts and availability so that we feel special and important.
