What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Strong communication with co-workers helps create a positive work environment.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Some of the managers/supervisors have great communications skills and are delegate the workload effectively.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Executives are willing to work with full timers to accommodate request offs and staff issues.

What makes you most happy at work?

My coworkers make work enjoyable and help to alleviate stress from the job, workload or customers.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I had a group interview which I thought helped build a group dynamic that is important for retail.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a department supervisor who's been with the company for over 5 years the hourly rate make is deplorable and is a completely unlivable wage. Kohl's needs to compensate their staff, especially the full timers, with better and more livable wages.
