We work together very well and help each other out when needed. We get to know everyone and really care about them.

The process is short and quick. They want to learn about which department or area you will work better in, then they assign you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We do not receive any benefits being part time. Raises do not happen based on how many years someone is there. Only if you move up to lead and department managers.
