I love working at Kohl's. It was a high schoolers dream. If i did it all over again, I would. Just wish there was better compensation.

My team is extremely fun and outgoing. Had tons of fun here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are semi excited to go to work, and the employees are almost all friendly.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with customers and completing daily tasks that are mentally taxing. I enjoy a good challenge.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My hourly compensation was simply too low for the tasks that we were given. I would expect at least 10.50 an hour instead of 9.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was extremely easy and straightforward. Since Kohl's is looking for almost anybody, it is very easy to set a good standard for yourself and get the job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team at Kohl's was very helpful in allowing me to work the hours I wanted and the roles I enjoyed the most. However, the pay was lacking and the work was sometimes grueling.
