Generally hardworking, and usually willing to help with any part of the store that is in need.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feelings of accomplishment due to accountability for projects. Seeing a concrete result in merchandising efforts, or efficiency of freight unloading.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good associate support, and open door policy for feedback from all employees. They really do try to work out any issues that associates might have, within reason.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Full time employees get a 20,000$ company paid life insurance, with 50k and 100k pay in options available. Health insurance including optional vision and dental is a reasonable rate, and enrollment process is easy as well. PTO benefits for full time employees as well as paid holiday hours.
