I'm beyond disappointed. There is no care for the associate. We are the lowest paid company but expect us to do a 10 job men .

nothing at the moment . Management is very disrespectful and getting away with retaliation

Work on communication, learn to treat others with respect, be held accountable for they action.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have to do a 10 men job as we 1 person with pretty much minimum wage.
What did you like most about the interview process?
the manager listened, and made sure you was comfortable in the position you was going into.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm been harassed, bullied, and stocked I have reached out to every one HR, AR , District manager nothing is getting done im beyond stressed at the moment .
