I hate it there now. My complaints have been ignored. I reported sexual misconduct and the person I reported is now a manager. I’m disgusted at how this place operate

I am. I am the only one who shows any type of work ethic.

I have been disrespected and shut out by my store. There is nothing left to do.

I wish I could tell you. All I know is that I tried to work with them. Not so much on their side.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
These people are poor at best in all the attributes of management. There needs to be a complete re-evaluation of the title and who is considered.
