Lane Bryant Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Employee discount and first pick

Great PTO. And very flexible

Pto is fair and benefits are decent

Great discount and vacation time

I'm part-time and get great benefits from my full-time employer so it is not a concern of mine.

Review from Sales Dept

I mean I only made $10 an hour but, that is a pretty fair wage where I live so I am happy about that.

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Higher pay, more hours, and fair treatment.

An increase after 19 years for more than 2% cost of living has gone up but my pay has not

I pulled in many lane Bryant credit cards with no real commission. not to mention I did not really get a big raise even with my hard work. I live in Florida and I got major raise because of the $15 minimum wage rule down here increase by a dollar each September till 2026.

More pay to work there

Being a manager at lane Bryant is hard especially not being trained correctly the pay is not nearly enough for what you are put through

Review from Sales Dept

Because i nonstop had compliments and they never got pushed up.

Review from Sales Dept

This company constantly shoves it down our throats that they support women, but do not even pay a livable wage. They expect too much from employees with no reward other than keeping your low-paying job. They demand that we wear their brand, which is expensive for people living below the poverty line

Pay your employees better that actually work hard and deserve it.

I found out Im the least paid person at my location, even though I have work experience and im paid less then people who started after me.

Hourly pay doesnt match the work we do

A pay raise. I am the Assistant Manager and make $2 more an hour than my associates.

Not getting paid enough for all the hardwork associates put into our jobs

Better healthcare plan and better salary.

Well I have not gotten a raise in 4 years. And they got rid of assistant Mgr positions. I been a FTSL since I started working in 2012. I should be make 18plus with the experience I have.

Pay me a living wage, give be health insurance, stop making one person close for 3 weeks straight and make us FEEL SAFE TO COME TO WORK!!

Give us a living wage, stop scheduling one person to close 10 nights straight at ungodly and unsafe hours, and give us the hazard pay we deserve

If I was paid a fair and living wage. Itd also help if my leadership actually cared about me as a human being

Never have I had a review of my performance or a individual pay raise.

Review from Sales Dept

I feel my very underpaid for my time and value at the store. I don't make enough to participate in the benefits (hrs. vs. deduction) nor was informed there was a stock option to take advantage of. I was glad to see benefits were offer to P/T employees after all this time.

Review from Sales Dept

I would like to be able to move up the company and get more scheduled hours as a single mother with two jobs and no benefits its really a finsncial strain.
