My immediate management was the best. They worked with my schedule. Kind and hardworking. I barely had any problems with them.

With the new parent company, they are actually serious about finding fashion we like, supports our bodies and helps our confidence. They don't just want feedback, they push for it, and they make actual changes.

Higher pay, more hours, and fair treatment.

An increase after 19 years for more than 2% cost of living has gone up but my pay has not

I pulled in many lane Bryant credit cards with no real commission. not to mention I did not really get a big raise even with my hard work. I live in Florida and I got major raise because of the $15 minimum wage rule down here increase by a dollar each September till 2026.

More pay to work there

Being a manager at lane Bryant is hard especially not being trained correctly the pay is not nearly enough for what you are put through

People need to stop talking sbout each other

Patience and understanding that not everything will go their way even if they want it to

Not have 1 person do everything AND make them stand for 8hrs while dozens of customers comes in and bum rushes you since there's no proper coverage

Not dump all the tasks on me as I'm by myself on the floor for hours on end because over run by rude customers.

I enjoy my co-workers but I have an issue with the leads and management. They rule with emotion and personal opinion rather than leading by policy and rational thinking.

I get to help women find clothes and bras that work for them.

Our clients are amazing. They react to our advice when helping them find their best looks for a variety of situations. It's uncomfortable being a large woman. We show them that they are beautiful and amazing. I love this part of my job because I believe.

We need to be asked more than three questions which is what I experience

Nothing, we hire people looking for a fun part time job, expect too much from them for minum wage when they litterally dont need this job, then freak when they call out all the time and quit after a month.

What makes you most happy at work?

Corporate departments are clearly not communicating with each other. If they want dependable hard-working employees, they need to raise their pay to attract good workers. Upper-level management is clueless what it takes to work in retail. The company needs to be transparent with all employees.
