With the new parent company, they are actually serious about finding fashion we like, supports our bodies and helps our confidence. They don't just want feedback, they push for it, and they make actual changes.
My manager specifically needs to learn how to anticipate customer wants and employee needs. She's dismissive of health and scheduling needs, and advises one way and then the next gets mad at employees for doing what she told them to do.

An increase after 19 years for more than 2% cost of living has gone up but my pay has not
I pulled in many lane Bryant credit cards with no real commission. not to mention I did not really get a big raise even with my hard work. I live in Florida and I got major raise because of the $15 minimum wage rule down here increase by a dollar each September till 2026.

Our clients are amazing. They react to our advice when helping them find their best looks for a variety of situations. It's uncomfortable being a large woman. We show them that they are beautiful and amazing. I love this part of my job because I believe.

Nothing, we hire people looking for a fun part time job, expect too much from them for minum wage when they litterally dont need this job, then freak when they call out all the time and quit after a month.
We need to be asked more than three questions which is what I experience

Corporate departments are clearly not communicating with each other. If they want dependable hard-working employees, they need to raise their pay to attract good workers. Upper-level management is clueless what it takes to work in retail. The company needs to be transparent with all employees.
