With the new parent company, they are actually serious about finding fashion we like, supports our bodies and helps our confidence. They don't just want feedback, they push for it, and they make actual changes.

Unfortunately my leadership team is horrible, they harass employees, and play favorites. I have worked for the company for many years unfortunately I have not personally experienced it but I have watched them harass other employees. It's a very unfortunate that these types of people are in employed.

My manager specifically needs to learn how to anticipate customer wants and employee needs. She's dismissive of health and scheduling needs, and advises one way and then the next gets mad at employees for doing what she told them to do.

Being on sales floor, not playing favorites and working a schedule during regular business hours , not com in way early before store opens to leave at 2. And not have the assistant mirror the sm schedule
