What do you like best about the leadership team?

She is very flexible with scheduling and that helps for my age and what I'm doing outside of work

They care some what about workers

Honest feedback, leads you to solutions

My immediate management was the best. They worked with my schedule. Kind and hardworking. I barely had any problems with them.

With the new parent company, they are actually serious about finding fashion we like, supports our bodies and helps our confidence. They don't just want feedback, they push for it, and they make actual changes.

Nothing really, out of 4 managers, curses and complains about things not going her way

We all care learn and do the same task. We all take and are responsible for making our #s. And we all run the store like it's our own store.

They are always willing to listen

They are just family there for you no matter what and I love that. We are all here together and always have each other

Unfortunately my leadership team is horrible, they harass employees, and play favorites. I have worked for the company for many years unfortunately I have not personally experienced it but I have watched them harass other employees. It's a very unfortunate that these types of people are in employed.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

My manager specifically needs to learn how to anticipate customer wants and employee needs. She's dismissive of health and scheduling needs, and advises one way and then the next gets mad at employees for doing what she told them to do.

Communication with customers, employees, etc

Picking a rule and sticking with it. And treat people equally instead of playing favorites.

A better district manager that isn't friends with the human resources department

Working with their employees in a healthier way.

Watch behaviors of SMs and listen to other members of management and crew. Not just take SMs word for it DM needs to be more open minded and listen to more than just SMe.

Learning when to talk about certain things especially if its something inappropriate for work.

Favoritism is prettt obvious in the store

Being on sales floor, not playing favorites and working a schedule during regular business hours , not com in way early before store opens to leave at 2. And not have the assistant mirror the sm schedule

Being decent people and not greedy corporate jerks that won't care if their practices kills us all. Apparently it's TOO much to ask for
