I get to help women find clothes and bras that work for them.
Our clients are amazing. They react to our advice when helping them find their best looks for a variety of situations. It's uncomfortable being a large woman. We show them that they are beautiful and amazing. I love this part of my job because I believe.
Very inclusive, philanthropy good causes
I learned to develop self love for my body. Something I need because I just came outta high school and did not love my body.

Except for a couple of people it is over all such a wonderful environment. We all enjoy really helpi.g the customers a d making sure they have a great time and experience.
They are inclusive and promote equality

We are always ready to joke around with each other. From the corporate ladder though, sometimes if we do well with numbers they send us a $20 gift card to buy coffee. Not as good as an actual pay raise, but its okay.

We get a lot of repeat customers that seem to like us and our store location compared to other locations around us and so that keeps our store busy.

More hands on training would be helpful
Sometimes there can be some body-shaming of thinner women, despite our message being that all women are beautiful. I hope we can prop up ALL woman, regardless of shape or size.
