I had a good time interacting with the customers. The reason why I left was pay and the amount of inventory coming to the store even though the manager told us to slow down with it. I enjoyed my CO workers. I was staying there for years strong.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing and helping the customers. And seeing the new clothes we get.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was not too much pressure. Pretty chill. I was not nervous at all about it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The understanding of work and personal life. It made it easy to be flexible with my schedule.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate management was the best. They worked with my schedule. Kind and hardworking. I barely had any problems with them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I learned to develop self love for my body. Something I need because I just came outta high school and did not love my body.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I pulled in many lane Bryant credit cards with no real commission. not to mention I did not really get a big raise even with my hard work. I live in Florida and I got major raise because of the $15 minimum wage rule down here increase by a dollar each September till 2026.
