What do you like best about the leadership team?
Unfortunately my leadership team is horrible, they harass employees, and play favorites. I have worked for the company for many years unfortunately I have not personally experienced it but I have watched them harass other employees. It's a very unfortunate that these types of people are in employed.

I was a temporary manager and Denny only represented the company and the district manager. Since being demoted I have been retaliated against in scheduling, asking for schedules.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm part-time and get great benefits from my full-time employer so it is not a concern of mine.

I mean I only made $10 an hour but, that is a pretty fair wage where I live so I am happy about that.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Never have I had a review of my performance or a individual pay raise.

I feel my very underpaid for my time and value at the store. I don't make enough to participate in the benefits (hrs. vs. deduction) nor was informed there was a stock option to take advantage of. I was glad to see benefits were offer to P/T employees after all this time.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I enjoy my co-workers but I have an issue with the leads and management. They rule with emotion and personal opinion rather than leading by policy and rational thinking.

The most positive thing about my environment is mostly the other stylist I work with. We have several new faces mixed in and they have positive attitudes, seem ready to learn and assist clients as best they can. The seasoned ladies work well with the newbies and share the knowledge.

Management ignores me. I dont get chatted in and i am on the sales floor alone for up to thirty minutes. While management is sitting in the back on their phone

Sometimes there can be some body-shaming of thinner women, despite our message being that all women are beautiful. I hope we can prop up ALL woman, regardless of shape or size.

I want to be treated fairly. I work just as hard as everybody else. But i don't get noticed im ignored all the time. Im left alone on the sales floor. I just was to be acknowledged for my work and secheduled the same hours as everyone else

We have a manager that has been in place for quite some time who gets constant complaints from staff and her boss does nothing to correct the issues. which then trickles down into assistant management and leads making bad decisions.
