I am happy and enjoy what I do, I just wish there was more room for advancement and more hours per shift. Because of my need of more income I'm being forced to look for a third job and as a single mother it means less time with my 8 year old daughter. My love for her makes the sacrifice worth it.

I love that we all work as a team to obtain our goals and keep striving for more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In our store there is always a positive environment, we all share our product knowledge and compliment each other on our success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be able to move up the company and get more scheduled hours as a single mother with two jobs and no benefits its really a finsncial strain.
What makes you most happy at work?
I believe in our brand I have been a customer for years, I share the vision that Lane Bryant has. It was always my dream to be employed with such a wonderful company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
To be able to demonstrate my passion for the brand and share my product knowledge as a long time consumer. To interact with others who feel just as passionate as I do for the brand itself.
