Corporate departments are clearly not communicating with each other. If they want dependable hard-working employees, they need to raise their pay to attract good workers. Upper-level management is clueless what it takes to work in retail. The company needs to be transparent with all employees.
Old tired stores, terrible HR dept. Dusty district managers.
Get rid of every exec and every person at HR
If they went under honestly, they are all garbage people
We are all having the inventory shortage. Not sure that can be helped. But you could reach out to management teams and associates, with climate surveys. Ask them how they feel about their work environment and policy changes. The mood of the whole store can be ruined by just a few bad apples.
Stop harassing clients into credit cards
We have a manager that has been in place for quite some time who gets constant complaints from staff and her boss does nothing to correct the issues. which then trickles down into assistant management and leads making bad decisions.
