Higher pay, more hours, and fair treatment.
I pulled in many lane Bryant credit cards with no real commission. not to mention I did not really get a big raise even with my hard work. I live in Florida and I got major raise because of the $15 minimum wage rule down here increase by a dollar each September till 2026.

Not have 1 person do everything AND make them stand for 8hrs while dozens of customers comes in and bum rushes you since there's no proper coverage

Corporate departments are clearly not communicating with each other. If they want dependable hard-working employees, they need to raise their pay to attract good workers. Upper-level management is clueless what it takes to work in retail. The company needs to be transparent with all employees.
