Each day, I get the sense that our leadership team cares so much about who we are as people. This rings true in the policies they rollout and generally how they treat everyone. We have a very transparent and trusting relationship with our leadership, in a way that I have only experienced at Lattice.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is overall positive. People are enthusiastic about the company, the product, and just working with each other. Praise constantly flows between colleagues and teams, and company meetings are always high energy and fun!
