Reduce number of unneccessary meetings, sometimes it just feels like they are doing a 'status report' because they are obliged. And I don't feel that they'fight' for their employees and will accept anything the client says without arguing

Operation tiene un pesimo personal, con mala actituda hacia los colaboradores, usan nepotismo para promover a las personas, muchos no estan calificados para ocupar los puestos gerenciales, no tienen idea de muchas cosas que estan implicitas en las actividades de la empresa.

No les importa el bienestar de los empleados, nos estuvieron moviendo de lado a lado, con luces que uno tiene que "aguantar" aunque practicamente queman los ojos y la piel. asi como respirar el polvo de las remodelaciones que hacen constantemente

SALARY INCREASE AND HMO DEPENDENTS

I hope there's a salary increase for the employee semi-annual or yearly for the employees who wants to stay longer in the company. I hope there's also a bonus pay for the employees who's doing a great job and making an effort for doing an excellent job for the success of the company.

Respecto a los beneficios, no se han reemplazado con beneficios los otros que se han eliminado, por ejemplo el incentivo economico del 5%, 7% y 10% por periodo laborado como contractor se elimino y no se ha reemplazado por otro incentivo o beneficio

More care about the person and helpful, they gave me a position and after 5 days later they said thanks you but we considered you're not suitable for the position, that is disrespectful.
