LHC Group saved me from a dead-end job that I was miserable at. They welcomed me in with open arms, taught me everything I needed to know to succeed, and LHC Group continues to support me in my growth as an employee and a person.

They are all knowledgeable in their positions. They all know how to answer any questions I have.

LHC Group leaders go out of their way to recognize the hard work and achievements of their employees.

Our leadership team is always accessible and supportive. They are invested in us as whole individuals versus just an employee.

I enjoy getting to talk to so many people each day. It makes working from home a lot less isolating.

Our team is very laid back and willing to help one another. We all come from different walks of life, but we are still able to relate to one another and help out where needed.

Our team is full of very diverse people. We are all still able to come together and help one another and be there for one another no matter what the situation is. We support one another, laugh with one another, and cheer one another on!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company is very diverse. I do not feel as though as a minority, I have ever felt anything other than welcome. We are supportive of all and any person that works alongside of us. The range of diversity on our team alone is huge, and we all love one another and succeed together!
