Executive staff does not listen to employees. Actually, they will listen to you, but nothing ever changes. Scheduling is a nightmare!!! Too many patients. We only have 4 full time nurses. Company offering very lucrative sign on bonus, but NOTHING in retention bonuses. And not a pizza party!!

Helps each other, I go to my other team members when 8 need something instead of going to executive team.
