I am very upset that there are no part-time positions. I have been a part-time employee for 35 years. Year thirty-three with the new acquisition of LHC all benefits were taken away because I am a part-time employee. I am a casemanager and carry a fulltime caseload with positive outcomes.

I have been an employee for 35 years. 2 years ago with this new acquisition to lahc I was told there were no more part-time positions. I was able to continue working part-time without any benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are supportive and thoughtful of each other. They are skilled and deliver quality patient care with good patient outcomes. They truly care about the job they do and the effects on not just the patients but each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working with my patients providing education instruction and care to each patient to help them become knowledgeable and independent with their Healthcare. It is a wonderful thing for patients to be able to remain in their home and achieve independence and Wellness
