having worked for a For Profit company before there are a lot of similarities, but this company seems to be a little different. I know some staff in the office is very unhappy and there is talk of clinical staff leaving which we can not afford

They communicate fairly well but I feel that you don't always get the full picture.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the people that I work with and I feel I have a purpose at work most days
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work together as a team and they work very hard. They are always finding ways to help one another
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I came into this position with a lot of knowledge and I am not being paid for my background and knowledge. I was also told that I would be receiving one salary and when my offer letter came, it had a different salary on it. Not too far off but it wasn't what I thought I was getting
