Short term disability, never thought I would need it but I did last year and it was peace of mind.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Easy to communicate with, makes me feel like they have my back. I was sick last year and my AVP-Tish called and text me weekly to check on me. I felt like I was a part of the team and was missed when I wasn't there.
