The position I work in is a divisional position and there are other people who are at a branch level that make more than I do.
I think the culture of wanting to do the right thing at all times and wanting to make sure that all employees have the knowledge/training they need to be successful.
I work for the division and I enjoy getting to meet with other staff in the locations and be able to share knowledge/training and help them to better themselves. Everyone is always so receptive. The VPs are all great to work with and participate in the tasks involved for the greater good of all.
