Since LHC has taken over, it has been very positive. Our leadership has gotten us through a Cat 5 Hurricane, & a two year a pandemic

That we are very busy.

It is fair, the communication is great. All questions get answered & we are not micromanaged.

They are reliable, dependable & they care. They also hold each other accountable, so no one can be a slacker.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That we have a benefit package, but I think the insurance is too high & the vision has very poor choices.
