I enjoy working with my office. We are a team and all work well together. I do not feel valued as an employee beyond our office though.

It is a rural area and we know a lot of individuals in the community.

We communicate well with each other. We all strive to provide the best possible care for our patients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After LHC bought our company, I lost the company car, PTO hours, life insurance and received a pay cut.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My office leadership is exemplary. They are hardworking and caring. I value them and is the reason I have stayed with the company.
