My relationship with my team and that I'm given the support I need. Also recognition when I do well.

My team lead is awesome and is supportive and gives us the tools we need to do our jobs well!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is incredibly close and we love sharing stories, help, and memes over Teams all day. We're all in different states and working from home but I feel closer to them then folks I've shared an office with.
