Help each other. Therapy team is very strong with little turnover

I'm in the field so I don't see co workers much or interact much
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I cover 3 offices and drive over 800 miles a week. Mileage pay is not good. Productivity is always an issue when driving that far too. No one ever compliments you when you're over productive but wants to fuss when yourr under. They ought to take an average
