Always available and approachable! I never question whether I can reach out to them. Understanding of the current struggles that we are facing.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I have a job to come to, also that I know that I work somewhere with similar values and principles as myself.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am blessed to be able to work with people that I not only consider co-workers, but also friends. I do worry about attitudes and morale these days, but for the most part, I work with some of the best people around.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I receive a check every 2 weeks without fail. I never have to be concerned about am I going to have a job and I have the opportunity to have great benefits. I still believe that I am extremely lucky and blessed to be able to work with this company and for this company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel that I am able to work for a company that allows me to use my passion in my work. I love that I get to help people and get paid a salary to do so. I have co-workers that I know would be there outside of work if I ever needed anything.
