What we do for our patients is amazing. That is personally fulfilling to me. But as LHC Group grows, it is clear this is just another giant corporation interested only in making the folks at the top richer.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though we deal with patients that have terminal illnesses, we all understand the need to be there 100% for them. We also are there 100% for each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
LHC Group does not believe in yearly raises above 2%. This isn't matching the rising cost of living. They have also decided to give us a prescription plan that does not pay for MANY medications. The prescription plan we had through BCBS was amazing. The CVS plan is garbage.
