We are a full team / there is always room for improvement , and the team lead does her best to recognize your talent

The office is drama free , while they use the term " open door " that's what it is because nothing is private even when speaking with management
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Parts of the management team does not treat people equally are if you are not in a management role some of the management team make you feel like you are just a body and are not valued
