Sad to have been let go nearly 2 years ago and extricate to be back. Understood my lay off and with the struggles and experiences in multiple other home care agencies, I have grown to value LHC more than one can imagine. I want to shake some of the negative people at work. Glad I am back!!

Good company, out team continues to improve, but, the nursing turnover is disturbing. Better benefits would help. Making case conferences valued in points is a must, very odd it is worth nothing! Non paperwork time is also not valued fair pay. If these things were changed, it would be perfec

Being back at LHC as I start full time again with them. My ride the past 2 years working for other agencies has been a rough one.

I was welcomed back to this job with open arms. When covid hit, I was laid off, then, as things improved, came back PRN and now back to full time. Glad to be back on board and feel appreciated on being back.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Need way better benefits for health,, dental and vision.. Need better mileage reimbursement with these gas prices... gas has doubled lately and mileage has only gone up 8 cents... pitiful! I work way over 40 hrs and if divide out what I make, it truly is not that fair. PT Evals need more points va
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If when I came back, I was offered a bit more than they agreed on for salary. I bring in new referrals, back less than 2 weeks and have provided 3 new referrals, and I have done home care for 30 years. I have good ships reports and feel I am an asset to company and bring financial profit to co.
