I cannot speak for other ethnicities or cultures but I feel like everyone is welcome and is made to feel comfortable at LHC.

My manager and the rest of the leadership of my department make all of us feel needed, appreciated, and cared for. The company as a whole is all about doing the right thing, not only for the patient but for employees, and from a compliance standpoint as well.
