We have a great team including a strong pcm and great clinical director for palliative care
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The AE manager in TN is amazing and helpful to her staff and encourages us to meet our goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work life balance has been much better for my role than at a previous hospice agency I worked for although it may change after the most recent acquisition.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company has recently made it much more difficult for AEs to bonus or earn previous levels of compensation for meeting and exceeding sales goals. Also an increase in mileage should be addressed.
