i feel that administrative staff favors certain offices and does not have the best interest in the overall values of lhc as the priority. it feels they are interested in nit picking and getting bonuses

the support and encouragement amongst our office team is phenomenal. i appreciate my co-workers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they seem to have forgotten our motto of "its all about helping people". they only care about numbers and quite probably their bonuses
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel like i am utilized to get upper managemnt their bonuses. local offices are treated blatantly different and this is seen as we help other offices.
What makes you most happy at work?
giving quality care and being of use. i feel like i make a difference in patient quality of life with helping them learn about disease and healing processes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Local office is supportive and strives to give the best quality care. this is evident to how many patients choose us over and over again. positions held above the cd are concerned only about productivity and numbers.
