Last year I had family issues that required more work/life balance & decided to accept a part time opportunity elsewhere. My manager asked if I'd consider staying here on a part time basis instead & I decided to take a chance & stay. It was the best decision EVER! I love this job so much!

I think it's very fair and equitable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that they ask for feedback and keep us well-informed of what is going on. It's especially helpful as a remote employee to know that there's transparency at every level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I already mentioned my appreciation of transparency at all levels - which is very much appreciated. I also highly appreciate how this is a culture that is open and flexible. I feel like they value me as an employee but also as a person.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I absolutely love my team! We all work remotely but I love that we are in daily communication with each other on TEAMS. We are able to collaborate, share ideas, and just have fun with each other. They are some of the best people I've ever worked with in my 20+ yrs of HR/Recruiting!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being able to help others - which sounds simplistic, but it's really what drives me. It makes me SO happy to be helpful to my team, to jump in during a crisis or stressful moment and be able to find a solution. I LOVE finding an awesome candidate that a manager is enthusiastic about!
