I have had a good experience overall. I've loved my job and I can't say that about everywhere I've worked. I just feel unappreciated at times. There is a constant push and pressure to always do more and its been hard the past couple of years. You just hope you're not being taken for granted.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my patients get well and thrive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are abreast of where Healthcare is going and try to keep us prepared.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work hard and try to do what's in the best interest of our patients. THRU covid, it's been hard but we've continued to keep our head down and work hard for our patients benefit.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For the area I live and work, I am paid well. However, being a road clinician, I'm worried about gas prices continuing to go up and not being compensated appropriately for that. It's becoming more expensive to work on the road.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works together to do what is asked of them. Again, thru covid, it's been hard and I've wondered if corporate realizes what it takes out of us. They have kept pushing for more referrals, bigger census, more visits and keeping covid and all the changes associated with it top priority.
