there aren't any negative vibes, we are all positive people

We are respective of each other's feelings, are caring and will help each other when asked/ That goes a long way
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are flexible and lead by doing what their part is with authority. We are a compatible team of individuals that are respected and listened to by our leadership
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In 2008, LHC bought our agency, they told us they would be starting us out at $10.00 an hr, well I never got that raise, and when I would ask about it I was told it was coming, but it never happened. I have vorked for this agency for going on 22 years and have never received what I was promised
