I left this job 9 years ago & came back 4 years ago - when I left, we were not LHC Group. Coming back was the best decision I could have made. I truly love working for LHC and proud to work for our hospital.

Working together as a team to provide the best care for our patients - everyone from our administrator to housekeeping.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New grads & new hires come in making more than I do - I have 20+ years experience, receive great evaluations, support my co-workers & never call in. Also most all staff benefited from all the extra Covid compensation - I did not at all and never missed a day of work.
