work hard to make there agency a success and are interested in the best outcomes for the patients serviced

Being able to complete task and workflow for the patient to get the needed services and hopefully become well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Seem to poses interest in caring for our patients we service and want the outcomes and experience to be a good one, they have various backgrounds and work well together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been a nurse for quite awhile now and have alot of experience. I think your performance and length of time should be evaluated more and based on salary also any other continued education should be considered
