My experience has been very good and I completely expect to retire from my company. I have no desire to change companies.

Meeting goals - seeing patients being taken care of in the best possible manner. Keeping patients at home, where they want to be.

The company re-evaluates salaries routinely and will make adjustments when needed, to ensure those of us with a long tenure are compensated at the same rates as those new people coming on board.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone helps each other out. We have each other's backs. Even though I work remotely, I know I can call one of my co-workers or manager at any time and get the help I need.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They encourage personal relationships within the company. Although some of us do not work in an office or at the corporate location, we still get together on average annually to see each other in person and receive education needed to do our jobs better.

Things are done the RIGHT way. Compliance with federal and state regulations are a requirement. If we make a mistake, we voluntarily pay back to the payor - even if WE find the error. This speaks highly to the culture of ethical behavior of a company.
