Our Team is great--we have great communication with the 3 of us in the office and with our clinical team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I do a lot for the office I work in . I am very productive, very organized and feel that based on the 24 years here( since 2015 since transition) I am not paid enough.
