Overall I love working for the company. I do feel that additional duties have been added to me without compensation or reward and sometimes it gets overwhelming. I'm older and have learned to accept responsibilities without complaint but it's hard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They communicate expectations on a regular basis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are fast food companies who pay their employees the same of better than what I'm making. I feel my skills should be better compensated.
What makes you most happy at work?
The camaraderie amongst most of the staff. We get along for the most part and even when we disagree, we are able to work out our differences.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of them are team players and we work well together. There are a couple who think only of themselves and could care less if the rest of the team suffers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are a couple of people that I can go to when I'm really frustrated that I talk to and can vent those frustrations and feel they understand. we usually talk and get those frustrations talked out.
