I have been given opportunities to change positions without negativity from the job i am leaving or going too. I appreciate our benefits package and actually sought out this company as i was looking to make a change in employment to allow me to build a retirement fund.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
WE have many choices for insurance coverages at group rates and we get to choose our insurance package. The company invests in employees through 401k, health savings account and stock purchase options. Paid time off is good and the opportunity to cash in paid time off for money is wonderful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel they make good decisions for the company and therefore our jobs are secure as evidenced by company profit and continued growth and great benefits for employees. I feel like Keith Myers is someone that even though i don't know personally, I have the ability to reach out to him personally.
