I am a retired mental health professional. I have had several contract jobs in the past 2 years. This is the only one that has quality employees, is free from office fighting, drama. This office apparently knows who to hire and values employees of all ages - favoring character over youth.

respectability, employees with maturity, quiet work place, up to date IT, beautiful office

verbal affirmation. Not just hearing from the boss when you make mistakes but some encouragement too.
