our motto is,"It's all about helping people" and that is definitely true.

we work well together and always have the goal of taking excellent care of our patients. "What would you do if she was your mama?"
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At a meeting years ago our CEO/owner told us to take care of the patients and the money would take care of itself. Even in these changing/challenging times that is foremost in our culture and I love it.
What makes you most happy at work?
When we can do something that actually improves a patients life. We are in a very rural area, I see patients in the grocery store all the time who give me hugs and thank me for our help.
