I really love the opportunities we have to move up and around with in the company. I feel that more people with experience are needed and if there is little experience they should be monitored and evaluated frequently.

They have our backs and want to make sure we have all the tools necessary to be successful.

When your hard work is recognized more than the manager worrying about micromanaging. If something is working don't change it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to be trained more extensively in the rev cycle all together. Also need to be brought down and don't think they know everything and learn constructive criticism.
