I am most happy at work when I surpass goals, engage with satisfied patients and team members.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a long term employee, I am happy with the PTO package but the health benefits are costly with less benefits than our competors.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are honest and most of the tenured members understand the realities facing home health today. They genuinely strive to do a good job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have been firm but fair. There is alot of pressure in the home health field and we all feel it. However, we have tools and resources to help with the challanges.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
LHC sets the bar for the culture and the enviroment , however it is up to the local management team to mirror those standards. Promoting from within and investing in current staff will promote these standards and ensure these measues are reflected down to all individuals employed with LHC.
