I enjoy my job and take pride in what I do as an office assistant.

we all get along well and care about each other, heck we are here with them more than our real families
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been here almost 6 years and still making under $14/hr, no phone allowance and doing office manager tasks. I love my job, I just think the compensation should be better for what an employee is doing regardless of their title!!! I'm just an OA.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise to keep up with cost of living and workload, a 2% pay raise is not enough. I know the CD and BM can do a review for a raise at any time and this needs to be done more often. I've been with the company for 7 years and still don't make enough. Phone allowance needs to be re-instated
