we are employee and patient focused. Our "All about helping people" starts with our director in the office and extends to all employees and then to our patients and out to the community.
1. There should not be field staff with a base pay higher than the director of an agency. 2. The annual raise percentage should at least match the cost of living in that area.
My leadership team is always creative, supportive, and cares about the employees as individuals. They are motivating and encouraging for meeting goals. They consistently promote teamwork and represent what they expect of others in their own work.
